A lifelong athlete that enjoys training in martial arts, boxing, Crossfit, and hockey. I have been blessed to work, coach, and train in collegiate and professional athletics for over two decades. Although I have specialized in athlete and human performance helping athletes become “bigger, faster, and stronger”, the thesis of my Master’s Degree in Exercise Science, was on “Exercise Modalities that Slow the Progression of Parkinson’s Disease.” For individuals or teams seeking to enhance athletic performance outcomes or individuals aiming to transform themselves through sound exercise and nutrition science, I have worked with over 300 individuals in short-term (6, 8, and 12 week programs) that have resulted in safe and long-lasting weight and body fat loss while adding skeletal muscle mass. Finally as mentioned about as a certified Parkinson’s Rock Steady Boxing Coach, since 2017, helping individuals enhance their quality of life is one of life’s biggest joys. If you are ready for change, let’s connect.
